ABSTRACT:
High-throughput strategies have become indispensable tools in neurobiology as well as in experimental and clinical biomedical science in general. The seminar will review currently available microarray platforms and data analysis strategies for gene expression analysis as well as other microarray-based applications and alternatives. Examples of applications of microaray-based gene profiling to neurobiology will also be present.
