ABSTRACT:

Telemedicine is designed to help resolve disparities in health
resource distribution. One of the critical factors for the success
is access to high quality medical information, mostly in
resource-limited settings. We use a modified light-field digital
camera to acquire high-quality surface images, and develop
computational image processing tools to aid skin cancer screening
and diagnosis.
