MOLE: Mimetic Operators Library Enhanced
MOLE is a high-quality (C++ & MATLAB/Octave) library that implements high-order mimetic operators to solve partial differential equations. It provides discrete analogs of the most common vector calculus operators: Gradient, Divergence, Laplacian, Bilaplacian, and Curl. These operators (highly sparse matrices) act on staggered grids (uniform, non-uniform, curvilinear) and satisfy local and global conservation laws.

danRerLib: Danio Rerio Library
danRerLib is a Python package for functional enrichment analysis in zebrafish (Danio rerio) transcriptomics. It offers streamlined workflows for gene ID mapping, KEGG and GO enrichment via orthology-based methods, and intuitive visualization tools, making it easy to uncover biologically meaningful insights from zebrafish gene expression data.

GMTSAR: An InSAR processing system based on GMT
GMTSAR is an open-source InSAR processing system built for users familiar with GMT (Generic Mapping Tools). Written in C, it runs on any system with GMT and NETCDF installed. GMTSAR supports multiple satellite sensors (e.g., ERS, Envisat, ALOS, Sentinel-1) and includes tools for data preprocessing, interferogram generation, and postprocessing with GMT-based visualization. It offers shell scripts for 2-pass processing and time series analysis, and welcomes community contributions.
