Financial assistance will be available to a limited number of students in the Americas. Financial assistance includes travel costs, both air and ground transportation, lodging, and sustenance (meals) expenses. No financial assistance is available to students of Venezuela. Students must register for a total of three courses during the institute.

Requirement to apply: Student must have completed at least one year of a Doctoral program from an accredited college or university or have a position as a Postdoctoral Fellow as of June 2009. Interested students must submit all required documentation electronically no later than February 28, 2010.
