All attendees are requested to fill in and submit the below VII PanAmerican Workshop Registration Form together with payment by Monday, February 15, 2010 for Early Registration. Any registration received after Monday, February 15, 2010 will be subject to Regular Registration fee.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your attendance to the conference, you are required to submit a written statement, name, address, phone number and email. Cancellations before Monday, May 1, 2010 will be charged a process fee of 25% of registration payment. Refunds will not be issued after May 1, 2010. Please make payment in US dollars only.
