Form for Proposing a Poster or Computer Demo Presentation - Monday, March 3, 2008

Abstract Submission:

Deadline to Submit your abstract to be included in the event program is Friday, February 1, 2008.

Poster Submission:

Note: We may be able to assist, in some instances, if you need help with printing your poster. We recommend printing and bringing it to Parisa Plant, GMCS 206G, no later than Friday, February 22, 2008. We will affix it to a special poster board.

If you cannot print your poster, let us know no later than ***Friday, February 22, 2008*. Please save your file on a CD, print your name outside the CD and bring it over to our Center.** File sizes should be saved as small as possible and in pdf format. Ways to save file size are by using a white background and avoiding color gradients. Do not email your poster.

Poster size should be: 36" x 60" or smaller.

Damaged and/or in bad condition posters (wrinkles, torn, previously glued or taped) will not be accepted. We will not accept posters after Friday, February 22, 2008.
